Seamlessly. I've collaborated with distributed US & Canadian teams for years, overlapping working hours across US time zones, communicating in fluent English, and shipping on agile/CI-CD workflows. You get async updates plus live demos — the same rhythm as an in-house senior engineer.
What does a typical project cost?
It depends on scope, but engagements are fixed-scope and transparently priced after discovery. A diagnostic, an automation, an ERP integration, and a custom product are different kinds of work, so I recommend the smallest useful first phase.
How fast can you deliver?
A focused automation can often ship in 2–4 weeks. Operational foundations and ERP work are planned in phases with weekly demos, so you see progress without taking unnecessary migration risk.
Is my data and business logic kept private?
